Safety Cautions about eCigaretteLegitimately produced eCigarettes are pretty simple chemically, they contain extracted nicotine, dissolved in inert and safe liquids. The liquids most commonly used are propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerine (VG). Both of these are classed by the FDA as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe), even as vapours. And the nicotine itself is not the prime culprit for cancer and other health hazards.
* Please do not allow the children to touch your eCigarettes. They are prohibited for use by children and can result in getting the children addicted to nicotine or even worse. Nicotine can prove deadly if ingested directly by a small child or pet. * If you want to clean the surface of the eCigarette, or a charger, make sure they are not connected to a power source. You shall also avoid using the charger or the USB plug if it is wet or damp. * If you feel irritated by the eCigarette, you may have an allergy to the propylene glycol (PG) used to create the vapor smoke. Cease using the product, and consult a physician immediately. You may have to switch to a vegetable glycerin (VG) based eLiquid in order to avoid the irritation. * Don't try to use the ejuice in any way other than contained in the cartridge that vaporizes the ejuice into vapor smoke. Ejuice contains the liquefied nicotine which can prove extremely dangerous if used incorrectly. On the same note, you shall not try to use the vaporizer for anything other than ejuice. * Keep the eCigarette battery away from other metal stuff in your pockets. In some cases this has been found to short circuit the device, making it heat up, and sometimes results in the unit being destroyed. * Pay attention to how much you vape. If you used to smoke one cigarette once an hour, then once an hour with the eCigarette is probably the most you want to use the device to prevent over indulging in the vapor smoke. |
