Q: Is smoking the eCigarette safe?
A: Our eCigarette contains only water, propylene glycol, nicotine, and a scent that imitates tobacco flavor. It has been tested and the cartridges have been toxicologically tested and it contains no known ingredients are considered cancer-causing agents. Please see the product manual for additional safety.

Q: Is the eCigarette cheaper than traditional cigarettes?
A: A single eCigarette cartridge is equivalent to two packs of 40 cigarettes but costs less than 1/2 of the price of traditional cigarettes. Use our savings calculator to see what that adds up to for you. 

Q: Do I need a lighter for the eCigarette?
A: No, you do not need a lighter. It is an electronic device.

Q. What is the difference between an eCigarette and an electronic cigarette and an e smoke?
A. There is no difference between them. They are just different terms for the same product.

Q: Does your eCigarette have a smell?
A: No, the smoke has no odor, however you may have a light essence from the flavors of the nicotine cartridges.

Q. What is the difference between the eCigarette and the mini eCigarette?
A. The mini eCigarette is slightly smaller than the normal eCigarette. However, the nicotine cartridges in the normal eCigarettes last a bit longer given their size.

Q. How does the eCigarette work?
A. The eCigarette is made up of 3 main parts, a battery, an vapourizer, and a nicotine cartridge. When you breathe in, the vaporizer turns a small amount of the liquid nicotine into nicotine vapour which is delivered through the mouthpiece.

Q. Can I use eCigarette anywhere?
A. Our eCigarette can be used legally almost anywhere and everywhere, even where traditional smoking is prohibited. Because it is not lit and smoke is not produced. The smoke that you see is strictly a harmless vapor mist. Smoking an eCigarette should not be prohibited under most laws and ordinances that ban smoking in certain areas for public health purposes.

Q: What  is the smoke that is released from the eCigarette?
A: The smoke that is released from eCigarette is vapor made up of 99% water, 1% nicotine and flavoring.  

Q. Does the vapor smell?
A. The vapour looks like smoke when it is exhaled, but it does not smell.

Q. Does the eCigarette have a taste?
A. The taste of eCigarette resembles the traditional tobacco, but feels much smoother and cleaner as there are none of the pollutants associated with real tobacco. We also have several flavors to choose from, such as: Original, coffee, grape, vitamin, blueberry, cigar, vanilla and mint. 

Q. How will I know when a nicotine cartridge needs to be replaced?
A. When you inhale and no vapour comes out then the cartridge is empty. You should replace the cartridge when the vapor released by Cigarette reduces or when the flavor taste becomes light, this is usually an indication that the nicotine in the cartridge is running out.

Q. Do you need to turn on the eCigarette?
A. No. You need only inhale for the eCigarette to automatically activate. There is no on or off switch.

Q. How long does a battery last?
A. The battery life does vary greatly depending on how much you use your eCigarette. But on average you should see about 1 to 2 days under normal use. The eCigarette comes with 2 batteries and a charger so you need never run out of battery. The shorter battery is better for evening use as it lasts for a shorter time. You can always have one charging while using the other. 
  
Q: What does it mean when the indicator light flashes?
A: The flashing light at the top of the device indicates that the battery is low and needs to be recharged, or the security system has activated.  
 
Q: How long does eLiquid last?
A: It depends on how much you use it each day, some people use 2-3ml per day and a 15ml bottle lasts approx 8 days.
 
Q: I have diabetes. Can I still use your eCigarette?
A: If you have diabetes, please DO NOT e-smoke without consulting your physician. 
 
Q. Is there a warranty?
A. The eCigarette comes with a one year warranty.
